Sony Alpha DSLR-A100 Review

Sony Alpha DSLR-A100 Review

The folks at Digital Trends recently took out Sony’s entry into the Digital Single Lens Reflex market for a spin.  The Sony Alpha DSLR-A 100 received a very positive although reserved review. Reviewer David Elrich describes the camera as a “winner”, while reserving full judgment on the camera because he only tested the pre-production model.  Non the less the camera scored well for such features as its internal image stabilizer.  Bottom line on the camera is it provides similar features and image quality as its notable counterparts from Nikon and Canon.  Several keys Specs of the camera are its ISO, which ranges from 100 to 1600, its battery life, which can take 750 shots per full charge, Its 10.2 CCD that, is similar to the Nikon D200, and its acceptance of both Compact Flash and Sony’s proprietary memory cards.Via LivingRoom
